Elder Lawn Care & Junk Removal Program

Empowering Our Elders, Beautifying Our Community

Strong Native Minds, in collaboration with SEOTS, is dedicated to supporting the well-being and dignity of Tribal Elders in Milwaukee County. Our new initiative, the Lawn Care & Junk Removal Program, is specially designed for Tribal Elders over 50 years old residing in Milwaukee County. This program assists our Elders in maintaining safe, clean, and accessible living environments, enhancing their quality of life while strengthening community bonds.

About the Program:

Our program is committed to providing regular lawn care and junk removal services to Tribal Elders who find it challenging to manage these tasks due to physical limitations or financial constraints. We believe that maintaining a clean and well-kept home environment is essential for living with respect and dignity.

Services Include:

  • Regular lawn mowing

  • Safe removal and disposal of unwanted household items and junk (NO electronics, tires, oil, and/or paint.  Junk removal size is limited to what can fit inside a standard truck/van)

  • Seasonal outdoor cleanup
